Overview
Structural Intent
MailRivo Automations enable "set-and-forget" marketing workflows. By defining a sequence of actions and conditions, you can nurture leads or re-engage users based on their behavior. Journeys are built on a visual canvas where you connect Triggers to Nodes.
Starting the Journey
Entry Protocols
New Subscriber Added
Triggered immediately when a new subscriber joins your list. Used for welcome and onboarding series.
New & Existing Subscribers
Targets both incoming and current members of your list. Ensures full audience coverage for new journeys.
Form Submitted
Triggers specifically when a subscriber signs up via a MailRivo Hosted Form. Allows for form-specific nurturing.

By default, if a condition is not met within 30 days, subscribers advance down the False Path. This duration is customizable in the node settings.
